We are looking for a dedicated Tradeshow Account Manager who has a good understanding of the graphics, materials, and methods used in constructing tradeshow exhibits. The right candidate can manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations as they coordinate with Sales, Production Departments, and outside vendors to ensure a successful project is presented to our client on time and on budget.
General Job Description:
Manage individual projects, budgets, and timelines.
Assists in the preparation of estimates, work order quotations, and final invoices. Responsible for administration of projects.
Works closely with account executives to facilitate client communication and strategic planning.
Adheres to budgets and contracts.
Meets or exceeds deadlines.
Has the ability to prioritize and multi task projects.
Responsible for providing accurate and current client information to internal staff.
Acts as liaison to clients to ensure that service expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Project Management preferred.
Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Must have knowledge and experience with production scheduling and shop operations.
Must have strong leadership skills with excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be familiar with product construction and application.
Experience in Exhibit Display and/or specialty construction/fabrication is highly desired.
Must be very detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
Must be service-oriented and possess a positive attitude.
Selected candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Understanding of the tradeshow industry preferred, but not required.
Work Schedule:
Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Account Managers must be available to service client’s needs as required.
